Every time you make a qualifying purchase of $10 or more on a single transaction, you’ll be awarded with a punch. Once you have accumulated 9 punches, you’ll be eligible to redeem your completed card for a FREE menu item! You’ll have a choice to redeem one of our 5 fan favourites – a small burrito, quesadilla, taco-trio, bowl, or salad!

- Can I accumulate multiple rewards and redeem them at once?
Yes! You can collect as many rewards as you like and redeem multiple in a single visit. - Who can I contact if I have issues with my rewards account?

You can check your punches easily by swiping your physical card in-store or by logging into your MUCHO app or rewards account online to see your punch count. - Do I still need 9 punches to earn a reward?
Yes! Just like before, you’ll need 9 punches to unlock your FREE reward — whether that’s a BYO small burrito, quesadilla, taco trio, or bowl/salad. The good stuff! - Is joining the MUCHO Rewards program free?
Absolutely! Signing up for MUCHO Rewards is completely free. No strings attached, just great perks. - Do punches ever expire?
Once you collect 9 punches, a free reward will be added to your account — and your punch count will reset to zero, so you can start earning all over again! - How long do I have to use my free reward once I earn it?
Once you get your free item, you have 60 days to use it. - How are punches earned? Is it based on total spend?
You earn 1 punch for every $10 spent in a single transaction — simple and easy! - Where can I check my rewards transaction history?

While you can use a physical card, we also offer a digital card that you can easily add to your Apple Wallet and Google Wallet via the UEAT app or your Rewards account. - I’ve forgotten my rewards account password. How can I reset it?
Simply click on the “forgot password” at MUCHO Rewards Login to reset it and get back in. - Can I earn punches when I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards aren’t eligible for punches, but they’re perfect for gifting to others — or even for yourself! - Once I get my card number, does that mean my rewards account is registered?
Yes, you’re on the right track. Just make sure your profile is complete by logging into your Rewards account and checking for any missing details. Once updated, you can start redeeming your rewards. - I’m still seeing points instead of punches in my account. How can I fix that?
If your account is showing points instead of punches, please email your loyalty card number to rewards@muchoburrito.com , and our team will help you sort it out quickly. - Can I transfer my punches or rewards to someone else?
Currently, punches and rewards are linked to your account and can’t be transferred. But hey, sharing is caring — so why not treat a friend or family to your free reward when you get it. - Can I redeem my reward on a special or discounted item?
Rewards can be redeemed on qualifying menu items only (small BYO burrito, quesadilla, taco trio, BYO bowl and salad). - Can I use my MUCHO Rewards card at all Mucho Burrito locations?
Yes, your rewards card works at all MUCHO Burrito locations, so you can earn and redeem punches wherever you go. - How will I know when I’ve earned enough punches for a free item?
Once you reach 9 punches, you will see your reward available on MUCHO app or online ordering website as well as MUCHO Rewards account. - Can I use my reward during a delivery order through UEAT?
Absolutely! You can use your rewards for delivery orders as long as you’re logged into your account. - What happens if I lose my rewards card?
No stress — simply reach out to us at rewards@muchoburrito.com, and we’ll help you get a replacement card or assist with accessing your digital card.
