Holiday Promotion Legal/Contest Rules

Short Legal:

*NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest closes at 11:59PM EST on January 5, 2025. The contest is open to all Canadian residents excluding the province of Quebec, within the age of majority. Prizes: five (5) MUCHO gift packs; each include a $10.00 MUCHO Burrito gift card, one (1) t-shirt and one (1) tote bag. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and winners will be selected at random, from all participants.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

The following rules and regulations (the “Official Rules”) govern the “MUCHO Burrito Holiday Contest” (the “Contest”). By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of MUCHO Burrito (the “Sponsor”), which are final and binding.

  1. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins on December 14, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on January 5th, 2025 (the “Contest Period”).

  1. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who are members of MUCHO Rewards, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of MUCHO Burrito, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

  1. HOW TO ENTER
  • Online Entry, No Purchase Necessary: To enter, participants must complete the online entry form available at [INSERT LANDING PAGE LINK] (the “Contest Website”) and then enter their full name, address (street address, city, province, postal code), email address, phone number during the Contest Period. Limit of one (1) entry per person.
  1. PRIZES

Five (5) MUCHO Gift Packs are available to be won. Each Gift Pack includes:

  • One (1) $10.00 MUCHO Burrito gift card
  • One (1) MUCHO Burrito t-shirt
  • One (1) MUCHO Burrito tote bag

The approximate retail value of each Gift Pack is [$30.00]. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

  1. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS OF WINNING

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on or around January 10, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Selected winners will be notified via email within 5 business days of the draw. To claim the prize, winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

  1. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

By entering, participants agree:

  1. To comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
  2. To release and hold harmless MUCHO Burrito, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and franchisees from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
  1. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at its discretion for any reason, including fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond its control.
  2. The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Contest or processing of entries.
  3. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no express or implied warranty.
  1. PRIVACY

All personal information collected during the Contest will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy and will not be shared, sold, or used for any other purpose without consent.

  1. EXCLUSIONS

The Contest is void where prohibited by law, including but not limited to the province of Quebec.
