  1. Giveaway Period:<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The Giveaway begins at 12\u00a0:01 a.m. ET on February 1st<\/sup>, 2026 and ends on February 14th<\/sup>, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the \u201cGiveaway Period\u201d<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

    1. Eligibility:<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      To enter and be eligible, a participant must be a resident of Canada, excluding Qu\u00e9bec, who has reached the legal age of majority in the province of residence at the moment of entry and be a member of the Rewards Program (as defined hereinafter). Despite the foregoing, employees, officers, shareholders, directors, representatives, mandataries and agents (including their immediate family members and members of the same household) of MUCHO BURRITO and those affiliated companies, subsidiaries, vendors, suppliers, distributors, service providers, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the \u201cRelated Parties<\/strong>\u201d) are not eligible to enter or participate in the Giveaway.<\/p>\n

      By participating in the Giveaway, each participant agrees to be bound by these Rules and Regulations. Participants further agree to abide by and be bound by all decisions of MUCHO BURRITO in respect of the Giveaway. All such decisions shall be final and binding upon those choosing to participate in the Giveaway.<\/p>\n

      1. How to enter:<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        No purchase is necessary to enter or win.<\/p>\n

        To enter the Giveaway for each day\u2019s Prize (as defined below), participants must:<\/p>\n

          Once submitted, an entry form cannot be deleted, canceled, or modified. Any entry that is incomplete, lost, in violation of the Rules and Regulations, or received after the Giveaway Period has expired will be automatically rejected.<\/p>\n

              All costs and expenses not expressly included as part of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. These may include, but are not limited to, transportation, meals, beverages and alcohol, personal insurance including travel insurance, taxes and service fees, gratuities, phone and internet charges, car rentals, personal expenses, and credit cards.<\/p>\n

              If a portion of the Prize is not used, no compensation will be granted. Unredeemed\u00a0promotional codes\u00a0will not be replaced or reissued under any circumstances.<\/p>\n

              MUCHO BURRITO shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from any accident, injury, or death.<\/p>\n

              MUCHO BURRITO reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equal or greater value should the Prize become unavailable.<\/p>\n

              1. Draw and Awarding of the Prize:<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                \u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

                The draws will take place on the day following the applicable Giveaway Day (the \u201cDraw Date<\/strong>\u201d) from among all entries received for that specific day during the Giveaway Period. Each draw will be conducted at the offices of MUCHO BURRITO located at 2, East Beaver Creek Road, Building One, Richmond Hill, ON, L4B 2N3. Giveaway winners will be contacted by Instagram messe within seven (7) days of the Draw Date.<\/p>\n

                \u00a0<\/p>\n

                If a selected entrant cannot be contacted and\/or claim the Prize within forty-eight (48) hours of the Draw Date, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, they will be disqualified without compensation. In all cases, MUCHO BURRITO may, at its sole discretion, cancel the prize or award it to another entrant through another random draw from among the other eligible entries until an entrant is selected and declared the winner.\u00a0<\/p>\n

                The Prize will be delivered by mail or email within three (3) weeks after the selected participant has satisfied all Prize Claim Conditions (as defined hereinafter).<\/p>\n

                MUCHO BURRITO cannot be held responsible for any changes made by a selected participant to their contact information or for any undeliverable, unclaimed, or unreceived emails due to the winner not providing a valid email address, or due to the selected participant’s spam filter, firewall, or email capacity. Furthermore, an email with a \u201cnon-delivery\u201d message will result in the participant’s disqualification.<\/p>\n

                1. Prize Claim Conditions:<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        MUCHO BURRITO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend or termination the Giveaway, in whole or in part, in the event of human intervention or the occurrence of an event, such as system problem related to the registration of all entries, likely to alter or affect the administration, impartiality, security or running of the Giveaway as provided for in these Rules and Regulations.<\/p>\n

                        In the event that the Giveaway is terminated, in whole or in part, before the end of the Giveaway Period, MUCHO BURRITO may, at its sole discretion, conduct one (1) or more random draws from among the eligible entries duly registered during the Giveaway Period or, if applicable, up to the date of the event terminating the Giveaway.<\/p>\n

Personal information may be used by or shared amongst MUCHO BURRITO and its subsidiaries or affiliates, or shared by MUCHO BURRITO with third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at Privacy Policy | MTY Group<\/a><\/p>\n

                            In accepting a prize, a winner authorizes the MUCHO BURRITO and its representatives to use, if need be, his\/her name, address (city, province), voice, statements, photo, likeness and other representations and recording for advertising purposes in all media including, but not limited to, the Internet, without further notice or compensation. Each participant may be required to sign a document to that effect.<\/p>\n

                            1. Third Parties:<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                              This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (previously Twitter) or any other third-party website (the \u201cThird Parties<\/strong>\u201d). By participating in the Giveaway, all participants release the Third Parties from and against any claim, loss, damage, or cause of action arising out of (or related to) their participation in the Giveaway.<\/p>\n

                                Each participant releases and holds harmless the Related Parties, MUCHO BURRITO, Participating Locations and the Third Parties (the \u201cReleased Parties<\/strong>\u201d) from any liability, loss, harm, cost, fee, expenses claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, as a result of their: (i) participation in the Giveaway; (ii) acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize; (iii) the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information; (iv) delivery delays, lost mail, or undeliverable shipments; (v) damage to persons or property; and (vi) late, misdirected, lost, illegible, or incomplete entries; and (vii) printing, production, or typographical errors, or for any discrepancies or irregularities on entry form.<\/p>\n

                                    Participants who do not comply with these Rules and Regulations are subject to be excluded from this Giveaway and any future Giveaways, giveaways, and promotions held by MUCHO BURRITO (or any other brand of MTY Franchising Inc. or its affiliates) may hold, including, but not limited to, any entrant guilty or suspected: (i) of tampering with materials, entry forms, entry processing or the Giveaway\u2019s conduct or any technical or mechanical element of the Giveaway, or (ii) of deliberately damaging Giveaway-related Web sites, Web pages or applications or of sabotaging the legitimate conduct of this Giveaway, or (iii) of breaking these Rules and Regulations, or (iv) of using means that do not comply with the Rules and Regulation or are unfair to other participants, or (v) to have obtained entries exceeding the authorized limit provided in the Rules and Regulations, or (vi) to have used several names, identities, email addresses and\/or any automated system or program to enter or participate in the Giveaway, or (vii) to have disrupted the conduct of the Giveaway in any other way, or (viii) of acting unfairly or to adversely affect, annoy, abuse, threaten or harass another person.                                         1. Participant Identification:<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                          For the purposes of these Giveaway Rules and Regulations, the participant refers to the individual whose name is listed on the entry form. The Prize will be awarded to this person if they are selected and confirmed as the winner. In case of any dispute regarding the identity of the person who submitted the entry form, it will be assumed that the entry for the Giveaway was made by the registered account holder associated with the email address provided at the time of submission. The term \u00ab\u00a0Account Holder<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb refers to the person to whom an email address has been assigned by the Internet or online service provider, or by any other entity responsible for assigning email addresses within the domain linked to the provided email.<\/p>\n
